Refund Policy

Event Refund

Canceling 3 or more days before the event day:
There are no refunds after you process your payment. If you need to cancel your registration, you will not receive a monetary refund. Instead, you will be charged (debited or invoiced) for the total value of the order and you will receive a credit for a future Chapter Meeting. This credit must be used within 3 months of the original meeting date that you were registered to attend.

Canceling within 2 days of the event day:
If you cancel within 2 days of the event day (for example, cancelling after 5pm on the Friday before a Wednesday event), you will be charged (debited or invoiced) for the total value of the order. This is when our final guaranteed head count is due to the event venue and your seat at the meeting has been paid for.

“No Show” policy:
If you registered and did not cancel and did not attend the event, you will be charged (debited or invoiced) for the total value of the order. There are no refunds for parking even if you cancel or fail to show.

Membership Refund

All individual memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have any questions, please contact the VP of Membership for the chapter.
