| ”Don’t Let Your Style Get in the Way of Your Success: Understanding DISC Profiles to Improve Your Business and Personal Relationships” This program will provide attendees with tools and insights that will be useful immediately in developing a better understanding of how behaviors can impact communication and relationships, as well as personal and team performance. Each participant will be provided their own DISC Behavioral Assessment for personal awareness, plus a short course in applying DISC concepts in the real world. Questions of life like why your spouse always says yes and then does no, why some of us love to balance the checkbook and others avoid it at all cost and why that admin at your best account just won’t let you ever meet the boss might be answered by the end of the program. At the very least everyone should walk away with a basic understanding of the fact behavioral differences are not a matter of right or wrong. The session will be engaging, insightful and amusing. |
